Step 3 | Contracts
The most important (and sadly overlooked) part!
We are a fully licensed and insured BPC (formally the VBA) registered builder. You can find us on the registry here listed as ACHBUILDS PTY LTD, CDB-U 100512.
Remember, if your project is going to cost over $10,000, has structural elements, or both, you should be using a licensed contractor to perform the works AND have a major domestic building contract in place! The contract is there to protect you and your interests, and ensures that the project is completed to Australian Standards.
