Bathroom Renovation - Croydon

We received a call about a bathroom and powder room that needed attention due to leaking and termite damage, but we had no idea how bad it was going to be until we started demolition! The entire partition wall and subframe had turned into mush, the bathroom was completely lacking any kind of waterproofing system and there was still signs of live termite activity in the immediate vicinity.

We gutted the entire area, removing all of the termite-damaged framework, had a pest control company spray the area kill any remaining termite activity, and rebuilt from the ground up with completely new subframe.
