This beautifully situated single-storey family home was long overdue for an update. 

The floor level had dropped almost 70mm and the original bathroom subfloor was completely rotten, so we jacked up the house and completely gutted the bathroom, replacing the failing joists. We then opened up the interior, transforming it with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, completely replumbed and rewired, with new lighting and new floorboards throughout. 

The outdated, exposed brick was completely plastered over and a fresh paint job inside and out brightened the entire house.
